The plain-language version
You pay a one-time implementation fee today; we implement your back office; your monthly membership starts 30 days after purchase. You can cancel the membership anytime and keep access through the period you paid for.
What Operations OS is (and isn't)
Operations OS organizes your Square sales, expenses, receipts, inventory signals, and tax exports. It is bookkeeping software plus implementation help — it is not an accounting firm, and its reports do not replace the advice of your CPA.
Your responsibilities
Keep your login secure, review AI-parsed receipts before saving them, and make sure the numbers you send your CPA look right to you. You know your business best.
Billing
Implementation fees are one-time. Memberships bill monthly through Stripe starting 30 days after purchase and renew automatically until you cancel from your billing portal. If a payment fails, access pauses until the card is updated — your data is never deleted for a failed payment.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy: if we cannot complete your implementation, we refund your implementation fee.
