Questions owners actually ask

Straight answers. No fine print surprises.

How does onboarding work?+

After you pay for your implementation, a real person works with you to connect Square, import your sales history, set up tax categories, inventory, and reports, and turn on the AI receipt scanner. Most businesses are fully running within the first couple of weeks — and your monthly billing doesn't start until day 30.

How long does setup take?+

Connecting Square takes minutes. The full implementation — history, taxes, inventory, reports, training — is typically done well within your first 30 days, before any monthly billing starts.

Can I cancel? What happens if I do?+

Yes, cancel anytime from your billing portal — no phone-tree, no guilt trip. Your access continues to the end of the paid period, and your data stays safe: you can export your expenses and tax reports before you go, and everything is still here if you come back.

Does it work with my Square account?+

If you sell through Square — point of sale, food truck register, online — yes. We use Square's official connection with read-only access: we can see your catalog and sales to do your books, but we can never move money, issue refunds, or touch your account.

How does my accountant use this?+

One click gives you a CPA-ready export: monthly totals, tax-category summaries, vendor summaries, and every expense with its receipt. Most accountants ask us why every client doesn't bring this.

How do the AI receipts work?+

Take a photo of any receipt. The AI reads the vendor, amount, and date, picks the right expense and tax category, and files it. You review it before it saves — and if the AI can't read a receipt, it tells you instead of guessing.

Who owns my data?+

You do. Always. Your sales, expenses, and receipts belong to your business. Export them anytime, and if you ever leave, they leave with you.

What if you can't finish my setup?+

Then you get your implementation fee back. That's the deal — we only get paid for implementations we actually complete.
