What we collect
Your account details (name, email, business name), your Square sales and catalog data (read-only, through Square's official connection), the expenses and receipt images you upload, and basic usage data that helps us keep the product working.
What we never collect
We never see or store your card numbers (payments are handled entirely by Stripe), your Square login, or your customers' personal information. Our Square access cannot move money, issue refunds, or change anything in your account.
How we use your data
Only to run your back office: building your reports, filing your receipts, computing your numbers, and giving your accountant clean exports. Receipt images are processed by an AI service solely to extract the vendor, amount, and date. We do not sell your data. Ever.
Your data is yours
Export your expenses and reports anytime. If you cancel, your data stays safely stored so you can come back — or ask us to delete it permanently and we will.
