The implementation guarantee
If we can't complete your implementation — connect your Square, import your history, configure your taxes, inventory, and reports, and get you trained — you get your implementation fee back. We only keep implementation fees for implementations we finish.
Monthly memberships
Your membership doesn't even start billing until 30 days after purchase — after your system is up. Cancel anytime from your billing portal; you keep access through the period you've paid for. We don't prorate partial months, and we don't make you call anyone to cancel.
How to request a refund
Reach out through the Contact page. Implementation-fee refunds under this policy are processed back to your original payment method through Stripe.
